<description>I enjoyed reading and then putting to use the fantastic tips listed in this book. The book started out by listing how to set up a small shop and moved through to include an sample handbook for employees. Many books are written by journalists or writers who research topics but this was written by someone who has been there and done that with great success. I learned a lot from the real-world stories and information she provided. I&#039;d recommend this book to anyone who is either running a store for a non-profit or working in a store or starting one. Great way to learn from experience.
